One of Scotland’s most engaging brass quintets, Brass Tracks was formed in 2013 by Edinburgh trumpeters Finlay Hetherington and John Sampson, and the core members come from varied performing backgrounds including television, theatre, education, orchestral and chamber music and brass bands.
As well as performances in concert halls, churches, cathedrals and theatres, Brass Tracks has featured in live and studio recordings, from BBC One’s Rillington Place to an album by prog rock artist Fish (the former front man of rock band Marillion).
