Music in Peebles is delighted to have been successful in securing a concert by winners of the prestigious Tunnell Trust Award for Young Musicians. In this concert, the ensemble performs a typically eclectic mix, exploiting to the full its ingenious combination of voice and instruments. There are imaginative arrangements of well-known music drawn from traditional, ‘classical’ and contemporary sources, as well as examples from the impressive array of new works the group has already commissioned.
